With this app icon set, my intention was to bring parts of the depth and detail from the early iOS icons into a more modern, flat, and bubbly style. I tried to keep a sense of playfulness with the rounded, bold shapes and bright colors, but without most of the textures that were part of that era of design. The result is a set of 48 icons that pays tribute to what came before, but still feels unique and current.
