A concept of a more expressive messaging app that detects your emotions and visualizes them onscreen through color, font, and animation. As you type a message, the conversation gets tinted towards your emotion, getting more intense once you send the message. Created for a class project.

Different emotions have different animations on the bubbles, different colors and fonts, and change the background in different ways
Pulse subtly pulls the emotion colors from your most recent conversations into the background, visualizing the emotional state of the people you talk to
The interface is tinted the emotion color as it figures out your emotional state
You can always change the emotion if Pulse guessed wrong, before or after you've sent a message
